ULTRA CARBON MASTS
TECHNOLOGY BEHIND THE SCENES
We build our masts in mandrel wrapping technology using just the first quality carbon pre-preg; all our pre-pregs come with a certification of the carbon fiber quality and the resin content consistency. We produce all the 96% carbon masts line with autoclave consistency, while 64% carbon content masts are cured in a standard oven.

Monocoque carbon frames are formed by weaving separate strands of carbon fibres together to create one single integral construct of carbon. This helps to distribute dynamic stress over a wider portion of the tubing

epoxy foam is reinforced with glass fibre mesh which increases torsion stability
